All financial transactions on do999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not support foreign currencies — deposits are accepted and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion takes place on do999's end.
do999 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards, credit cards, and other mobile wallets available in the deposit section of your account. The available methods and applicable minimums are shown on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts — whether bank accounts, mobile wallets, or cards — that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments originating from an account belonging to another person) are not accepted. If a third-party payment is received, it may be returned to the originating account and your do999 account may be suspended pending review.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. do999 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain amounts.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the relevant sections of your account. These amounts may differ by payment method and are subject to change. Maximum transaction limits, where they apply, are also shown at the time of the transaction.
Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed within minutes. Raast transfers settle in real time. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank. If a deposit has not appeared after the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number before making another deposit attempt.
Bets placed on do999 are binding once confirmed. Before confirming a bet, review your selections, stake in PKR, and the displayed odds carefully. Once a bet is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform offers a specific cash-out or edit option for that market.
Odds displayed on do999 are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. do999 reserves the right to withdraw markets or suspend betting on any event at any time — for example during a live event if there is a technical issue with the data feed or if an event is suspended.
A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or results cannot be determined. It may also be voided if it was accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error. Void bets are returned to your account balance in PKR at the original stake amount.
In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, football, and other sports operate in real time. There may be a brief delay between events in the match and the reflection of those events in the betting interface. do999 is not responsible for bets placed based on information the user had access to that was not yet reflected in the live odds.
Maximum payout limits per bet or per event may apply. Where a limit applies it will be shown in the bet placement interface or in the specific market rules. Winnings above the stated maximum will be capped at the stated limit regardless of the calculated return.
do999 may offer deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. Those specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates — take precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict.
Bonuses are issued to your account balance and must meet any stated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
Each promotion is available once per eligible account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Using multiple accounts, referring fake accounts, or structuring activity to take advantage of a promotion in a way not intended by do999 is considered bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being cancelled and may result in account suspension.
do999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any wagering requirements already completed towards it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on do999 and will result in account suspension, termination, and/or forfeiture of balances depending on the severity of the breach:

Deposit limits take effect immediately when set. Reducing a limit applies straight away. do999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, do999 disclaims all warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors.
do999's total liability to any user in connection with the platform — whether arising from contract, negligence, or any other cause — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
do999 is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity issues on the user's end; mobile device compatibility problems; third-party payment processor delays or failures beyond do999's control; or the user's failure to comply with these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by do999's negligence.
do999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes — for example changes to deposit rules, eligibility criteria, or bet settlement procedures — do999 will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email or in-platform notification ahead of the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. Any balance held at the time of account closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 4.
